Most clogs are grease in the kitchen line and hair in the bath. We clear them with the right size cable for the pipe, not the biggest one in the van, so older pipe isn't damaged on the way through.
If a drain keeps coming back, we put a camera down it and show you what's there: a sag, a broken joint or roots. Then you decide whether to fix the cause or keep clearing it.
Price for the clear is agreed before we start, and if it needs a camera, that is priced separately and only with your OK.

Should I use drain cleaner first?
Please don't. It rarely clears a full clog and it makes the pipe dangerous to open for the person who comes next.

Where the pipe is sound enough for it. We camera first so we know.
