When toilets gurgle and the lowest drain in the house backs up, the main line is blocked. Tree roots, a sagging section or a broken clay joint are the usual reasons in older Everett and Snohomish neighbourhoods.

We clear it so the house works tonight, then run a camera and give you the recording. You see the problem before we talk about fixing it.

If repair is needed we price the options in writing: a spot repair, a lined pipe, or a replacement section, with what each involves for your yard and driveway.

What we check

  • Root intrusion at clay joints
  • Sags that hold water
  • Cracked or offset sections
  • Cleanout access and condition
  • Side sewer to the city connection

Text a photo of the problem to (425) 555-0172 and we will tell you what we see and what it is likely to cost.

Questions

Do I get the camera footage?

Yes, the recording is yours to keep and to show anyone else you get a quote from.

Who owns the sewer line?

In most cities here, the homeowner owns the side sewer from the house to the main. We can check with your city if it's unclear.

Will you dig up my yard?

Only if it's the right repair. Lining or a spot repair can often avoid it; we say which applies after the camera.
